Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: All armor and training weapons are individually hand crafted in the USA by Mrs. Felisa Sulite herself. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. Processing and shipping times may vary based on time of year (i.e. end of year holiday season processing and shipping may take longer due to general high shipping volume).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Lameco Eskrima International is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping. However, at this time, we do not ship to the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lameco Eskrima International is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Lameco Eskrima International is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

REFUNDS: In the event that you receive the wrong item, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the item amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will print a return label for you, and you will be required to send back the item to receive a refund. In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lamecoeskrimaintl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
